Yes, I'm guilty of sharing knowledge/information. In case you have noticed, everyone's bashing Parcells today.

Baloney. You just focus on the negative. I spent most of Saturday night taking fire here for imploring overconfident fans to take the Skins seriously. Woops!

Um, I'm not the one throwing a hissy fit over a t-shirt. Grow up.
Now I'm throwing a hissy fit? Dude you have no bloody clue

What does "imploring overconfident fans to tak the Skins seriously" have to do with pessimism? Not a thing. We can argue about whether or not you take a consistently "glass is half empty approach" all night long. i think you often make inflammatory remarks for the hell of it. That's just my and many others perception here.

Not as bad as I felt after the Giants pounded the Boys.

I'll be happy after we beat the Cards and Colts.

Been over it since early Sunday evening.

When you see your 9 yr old having a bad day and ruining his whole evening just because the Cowboys lost, throwing stuff and stomping around the house( just like it effects you most time) you start to put things in perspective and get a better mental attitude that it is only a game and it should not make you mad the rest of the day and the next.

So that has been my attitude this week and hopefully I will keep a better attitude about it and it will carry over to my son so he will not be miserable after every Cowboys loss and Grumpy for the rest of the day.

The phantom safety
The two point call and failure
The TO drop
The 3 dropped interceptions
The horrid safety play
The low kick
The Columbo blocking error
The ridiculous 15 yard penalty call
The inexcusable runback after the block
The lousy kicker actually nailing a 47 yarder
The plethora of penalties
Id agree with all of that it just makes me sick.

I feel like we blew an opportunity but nothing is going to change the outcome so we move on to the next game and try to get things going again.

I swore off football. That's it, the end.

'Til next Sunday.

The phantom safety WAS a safety because jone's head hit the ground while the ball was still in the endzone.
Two point call and failure, TO drop, 3 dropped INTs, horrid safety play, low kick, columbo blocking error, plethora of penalties... All those you can contribute directly to the cowboys being the inferior team on sunday, not luck on the skins side.
The blocked kick, runback after the block and the kicker nailing a 47 yarder, all those you can contribute to Washington being superior.
The 15 yard penalty, obviously thats up in debate right now. But here's my view on it, Kosier should have never put the refs in a position where they had to make a judgment call and since the judgment call didn't go your way, you shouldnt whine about it. That's like shooting somebody and then getting mad at the judge for making the judgment call about whether you meant to shoot that person or not. You put yourself in the power of somebody who has higher authority then you and that is all your fault and need to accept what comes down the pipe.

Nice job crowing about being superior. Hogwash of course. Try just being happy about the win for a change.

My mother-in-law walked in just as Novak was lining up for the "untimed down" kick, so I had to pretend to smile. But, I actually lost sleep that night. Everytime I closed my eyes, I saw TO dropping that long pass.

I remember back in 1981 doing the same thing, only it was that 12-man field goal against the Lions.

Well I feel good, I dunno about you guys lol. But seriously, you guys played a good game yesterday that was a wild one, a lot of fun to watch.

The sad thing is we didn't:mad:

We should be 6-2 or 5-3 at the worst....this is a tough pill to swallow

I was really upset after that tough loss yesterday. A lot of blame can be cast in many directions from the suspect penalties (namely the 15 yarder that sunk my heart into my shorts) to the total lack of preparedness to the big plays that would have made a difference. After sleeping on it I feel a lot better today for some odd reason. Perhaps it's the knowledge that Romo is a rock. Better yet, perhaps it's the knowledge that the team can no longer pretend as if nothing is wrong especially on the defensive side of the ball. I can't put my finger on it but I am not as upset today and still remain hopeful of a 5-4 record coming home to play the Colts. As Washington proved yesterday, anything can happen on any given Sunday. I'm feeling hopeful again. How about you? :starspin

I echo these sentiments....

Yeah, trash it. The guy is a Cowboy hater, through and through.

When he announces the game, I want to reach through the television, grab him by his PINK necktie and give him five fingers across the face.
