or if Parcells could just quit and end this 4 years of nothing accomplished

Best advice I've heard this season. He's washed up.

Parcells is not a big X and O guy. He is always master motivator and very good in building overall team talent. He needs good coordinators to utilize the talent that he develops like Norv Turner/Charlie Weis/Belichek. One of his mistakes was to stick with Zimmer on Jones recommendation. The only proof you need is Denver's defense with Myers/Ekuban

I think you mean to get rid of the lame 3-4 defense rather than Zimmer. He was quite successful with the 4-3 scheme. The 3-4 clearly isn't the answer in Dallas.

What? Zimmer got a lot out of Myers and Ekuban when they were in Dallas. Maybe those guys are the key and not the systems. Of course, when Dallas got rid of Myers and Ekuban, they replaced them with Carson and Wiley. Those guys sucked.

I have said this before, Zimmer is good at preven defense not an attacking defense. He wouldn't know how to attack with the weapons he has. He would be a good DC for a very high powered offense like Indy and make their defense bend but don't break defense and keep them in the game for the offense to win it. With all the draft picks/FA we spent on defense, I don't think that is what we are looking for here
