I showed the numbers since 2000 and the salary cap was in play. Comparing playoff results and adding precap and post cap together is foolish IMO. They are simply not relevant to each other.Yet only 7 winners since 2000. Game has changed a lot since. A more accurate measure is how many have won recently when parity has been more of a factor.
