10 Day Break

I wonder how Garrett will take advantage of the extra three days playing on Thanksgiving affords us? If I remember correctly, Wade gave them extra time off. I wonder if Garrett will use this for extra practice? Thoughts?

Don't see any reason to give this team time off. After all, they will get Friday, Saturday & Sunday off & that is enough. Now he's got a full week to get everything back on track & ready to play our next game.

BTW: Is it only me who believes the game against the Saints was even harder then many willing give Garrett credit for. He only had 1 week to turn this team around but still beat the Giants. With another week, the Cowboys beat the Lions. To face the Saints he only had 3 days. Some of you would say that the Cowboys probably practiced what to do against the Saints during TC, etc. But that effort was worthless once Garrett became HC. Just pointing out how very difficult it is for any HC who takes over mid way in the season.

With our OL and secondary in shambles, it's a wonder our Cowboys played as well as they did today particularly never quitting on us but continuing to give it their best shop which was almost good enough to beat the SB champs.
