1. Where Is Byron Jones playing?

Corner? Safety? Nickel linebacker? I’ll be interested to see how much the Dallas Cowboys put on the young rookies plate and how he fares at each position. So far, the reviews have been good. I’m interested to see how Jones looks in the game, especially now that Brandon Carr and Orlando Scandrick are sidelined with minor injuries.

2. Can La’El Collins Push Ronald Leary?

As of right now, the Leary/Collins training camp battle has been pretty non-existent. Leary has taken nearly all of the first team reps at guard and Collins has primary practiced with the second team. I’m interested in seeing how Collins looks once the action is live and he can start to use his length and strength to bury defenders. A solid outing by Collins will start the hype machine again and will maybe push the coaches to give Collins more first team reps.

Wow, did not realize that about Mo, thought he got in some reps in preseason games.
I will pay attention to Mo, as well as the punt, kick returns. I also want to see how Devin Street looks.
Also the QBs to see see if Weeden looks to be #2 still, or if Vaughan looks better than camp reports, and if Showers pushes him for a spot.

Of course the OL battles for swing tackle, Leary, Collins too. That's a given as well as the DL.

I had forgotten that Mo has never played a preseason game. Unreal

1. Bryon Jones - it doesn't matter where he lines up. My bet is Marinelli not only jumping positions between games but during games.

Really there are players all over the field to watch. I'll probably rewatch this game at least 3 times.

That's wild that they didn't mention Randy Gregory and what he can bring to the table. I'm going to say he has at least one sack.

I know is not really a position battle but I will be watching Tim Scott at safety.

Want to see if White gets any FS play and how much McCray has came along.

Will Swaim show up? Can Escobar really give us something behind Witten.

Number 1 thing I'm watching is how the lines do on both sides and if we can get a good run game going.

Let's not have too many mental mistakes and let's stay healthy.

That got to be the two biggest things to watch. I also look forward to seeing the QB and RB guys to see if anything is there

Yes, this is Weedens chance to show that he is a legit backup NFL QB. I think most of the starting OL will start the game, so he should have a good opportunity to do something.

In regards to RB, I'm not certain is Randle will even play in the game. I had heard several days ago that he might not play and that was before he had a minor injury issue this week. We should see plenty of Gus HOF Johnson.

I really wish GamePass would give me the All-22 film during the pre-season.

It doesn't ?

I've had the All-22 in the past; although, I think I paid extra for it.

The preseason games did disappear from the All-22 during the regular season which was irritating because I would like to go back and see the preseason games at times.

I have not logged on since the renewal and associated changes.

I'm looking more toward what they do on defense than anything offensively. I don't think you're going to see too many front line offensive players at all.

I'm looking forward to seeing the dogs turned loose in terms of the pass rush and to see if the secondary looks better. It will probably be tough to judge the corners too much as from what I know, neither Carr nor Scandrick are playing.

I know this is just to evaluate the players. But it would be nice to see a win. Our Boys have only had 3 winning preseasons in the last decade
