Yes, he played well ... but against a 1-8 team.
2) Parcells has no control over penalties and we will continue to hurt ourselves
It's been this way since 2000. We're snake bit. But coach has to take control of this matter, even if it means sitting the major perps.
3) Julius Jones is on the precipous of becoming a half time runner - Parcells sent him a message today. Barber is our man in th RZ.
Absolutely not true. JJ was pulled in the 4th quarter of a blow out. JJ will be an important part of our final push. BP pulled him to keep him from getting hurt in garbage time.
4) Bobby Carpenter is not ready for Prime Time
Not yet. Cut the hair first. It looks immature. He has alot to learn before he's Greg Ellis. But this is his chance.
5) Anthony Henry and Roy Williams are the Laurel and Hardy of pass coverage.
As in laughable? Didn't they hold Leinart to a 29 QB rating? I think that's pretty good. Hardly anything to laugh at.
6) Jason Witten's career is back on track
He was misused when he had to stay in and max protect for Bledsoe. Even Testaverde had more mobility to allow Witten out into coverage.
7) Sam Hurd , Miles Austin , Patrick Crayton will be play a major role on this team for years to come.
We'll see. Billy Davis had a big game in his first start also. Then he colored his hair green, and it all went downhill.
8) This Offensive line has love for Tony Romo , they care about him.
Would you bet your house on a statement like this? Can't be throwing motherhood statements out. It doesn't hold up in court.
9) Tony Romo is growing into our leader
4 years waiting in the wings helps. He learned alot in his apprenticeship. Give him time. He's still learning ... and that can be scary.
10) Oliver Hoyte is a Krusher
It's nice seeing a lead blocker out there again. He has a nastiness we haven't seen since Moose. All those other FB's we brought in were too versatile for their own good. FB's job is of a single purpose ... destroy whomever is in front of you. That's it.
