5) Improved OL (fredrick’s return/ Connor W progress)

I don't think you can emphasize enough the positive impact of having Frederick return to this offense. Center is certainly not a position that comes to top of mind when discussing impact players on offense, but I think if Frederick can return to form and stay healthy, he propels the performance of the offense ahead exponentially. Reading the defense and adjusting the line is crucial, and from what I've read (and seen), he is one of the best in the business.

It may not even be a stretch to move this line item to the top of the list.​
