I was at that game with my daughters!! Talk about an emotional roller coaster!! Neither teams' defense wanted to play!! LOL
Romo had an excellent game!! If only our defense could have made ONE stop!!! It was a shoot out!!

i remember this one...i was so incredibly mad after and i remember getting in a bad fight with my wife who was pregnant at the time....wish i could go back and tell myself not to get so mad...lesson learned but really wish i remembered it different.

This is one of my core memories as a Cowboys fan. Romo was absolutely slinging the rock that game.

Probably the most fun I've ever had watching a Cowboys loss.

Haha perfect timing for after my post. No bubs...giving up 51 points was the game. There has and never will be a QB in NFL history that throws 5 Tds for 500 yards at a 70 % completion rate that LOSES a football game. If that QB loses a game it's completely on the entire rest of the team. Be like an NBA player scoring 80 points on a 70 FG % while the rest of the team shoots 5 % and blaming the guy who scored 80 because he missed one basket in the 2nd quarter.

When a qb throws for 500 yards and 5 TDs the rest of the team should make up for 1 interception. So it was not Romos fault then or now or a hundred years from now .

Look over hos career. Romo had many last quarter picks which gave away games that were of more importance than the usual game.

This was not one basket in the second quarter. This was a pick in his end of the field late in the fourth quarter.

Outside the Cowboys game, the Denver Broncos defense in 2013 gave up 23 points a game. That means Romo's offense scored 4 more TD's then what the Broncos defense was averaging for the year. I promise you...PROMISE you the entire defense said sorry to the Cowboys offense that day. I PROMISE YOU THAT. You wouldn't understand though because I would be willing to bet a ton of money you've never once played football.

Imagine if the defense had made the same effort to stop the broncos offense before that drive. Then instead of it being 48-48, it was 48-41. Instead of needing a game winning fg it could have been a game tying TD or 48-45 and a game tying FG. The bottom line is, the defense gave up 48 points before Romo threw the int. He wasn't the reason we lost.

Just like he wasn't the reason we beat Buffalo when he threw 5 interceptions that game.
