Garrett has been given 10 years, why not 4 more games and a playoff game for Garrett based on how NFCE does.

Jerry is doing the right thing, who knows we might get hot in playoffs and make a SB run. Why to give up on something for a short term when you have tried for 10 years with decent success.

we might also get hot after shitcanning that jabroni the same way the team rattled off some wins after firing Wade.

Jerry’s not doing “the smart thing”. He’s being kind to his friend.

JG's knack of vocalizing his words of encouragement have just about run their course of usefulness. Unfortunately, it takes much more than that to satisfy a pro football player's needs for a successful career. Having a head coach that lacks football savvy and the ability to make proper adjustments during games isn't in the Cowboys best interest. It's too bad Jerry gets so attached to some of his buddies. Ten years of being "comfortable" with someone isn't worth the price, the limitations and the losses being suffered by the team. Here's hoping the changes yet to come will help.

I miss the old Jerry. The man with big enough marbles to fire Chan Gailey after making the playoffs his first year because it wasn't good enough. What happened to that guy?

We're also at a high watermark for players. We hit big on Quinn and Bennett. We're losing them and other key players on defense. Maybe this squad can do something in the playoffs. Maybe not. But their chances improve the second Garrett leaves.

I betcha' Garrett will be the first to be inducted into the ring of honor after accomplishing nothing. It should be for those who actually did something noteworthy, but carrot top will get the suckage induction. The only ring Garrett deserves to be a part of is a toilet ring.

Garrett will receive a lifetime participation trophy to boot.

At this point my biggest fear is we win a playoff game. Why prolong the agony and give Jerry false hope? Firing Garrett is what needs to happen.
