Safety Ken Hamlin said "health-wise, oh, I'm peaches and cream," when asked how he was feeling but he wasn't sure he would be able to practice today.
Hamlin is bothered by a groin strain and did not practice Wednesday. It's likely he and Andre Gurode, who also sat out of Wednesday's workout with an ankle injury, will be limited in today's practice.
Hamlin has not missed a game since 2005 when he suffered a serious head injury off the field while playing in Seattle.
"I pride myself in being able to be accountable, being able to be a part of this team and not having to sit out and miss time whether it'll be practice or in a game," Hamlin said. "I want to be out there ad I want my teammates to rely on me when I'm out there."

[FONT=verdana, geneva]Center Andre Gurode (sprained ankle) dressed for practice Wednesday but wound up sitting out. Today, he said he plans to participate.
Gurode finished the Eagles game on the sprained ankle, and head coach Wade Phillips is hopeful he'll be ready by Sunday in Green Bay.
Offensive line coach Hudson Houck said he would be surprised if Gurode didn't play.
"He's a very good player, very good player, and showed toughness last week," Houck said. "I'm really proud of what he did. And he'll continue."
