I know OP is looking for best PC options, but what I prefer to do most weeks is listen to 105.3 The Fan's coverage for the first hour after the game to get the player interviews. And then I switch to the Sports Day app on my phone. The Ticket combines with the Dallas Morning Snooze to have the Sports Day app. This app allows you to rewind 1 hour. So I get on the app and rewind an hour and hear what they had to say after the game. What I suggest for OP or anyone unable to use a smart phone is to install BlueStacks on your PC. This emulates an Android phone and you can install Android apps from Google Play on it. Then you can download the Sports Day app and have the option to rewind, pause and zap commercials on The Ticket's coverage.
