doesnt really matter where you came from, but play right guys, and keep them, want best players on our team, doesnt mater where your drafted

the wr postion, try to rotate those guys in, because they run so much, you need to rotate them to keep them fresh, and you evaluate them when get reps with 1st team

we want young wr to improve, but with bennett and phillips they have helped us

be honest were on lookout all the time, but at some point youhave to say can this guy help us this year, but we think our offense is friendly to absorb

think they have done well, david has been our kicker, and is getting better, but our other kicker has handled some bad snaps, put them in pressure situations to handle bad kicks,

havent formulated that plan yet, but feel its worthwhile to bring him in, the otehr kicker, hopefully next week or so he will be ready

can help at fullback, can play te and true fullback, posiak i think

i think we like guys we have on our team, have to get significantly better throughout our team, but you evaluate how you can get players with salary cap situations, etcand free agency

i think we have chance to have right tempement guys, and take next step as football team, and right kind of guys to respond to adversity to this team htat happened last year

when players start to buy into to what your saying, with right kind of leadership and they will respond

focusing on highly conditioned football team, be physlically ready in all 4 qtrs of game, in 2 minute area too

NT in 3-4 come in all shape and sizes, we think rat is so good, i see his intensity, passion, comes to work and his teammates see that and affects them, how they go about it
