Like your mock but I am torn between Jack and Jaylon Smith. Both are good players; just concern about his injury. Love the Rankins and Doughty picks. Good job.

If a can't miss player isn't there, I want a QB. I don't consider Jack or Smith can't miss, but many will disagree.

Nice mock - I guess my ONLY issue is waiting until Round 6 for a CB. Carr MAY be back, but I can't see Claiborne coming back and OScan is coming off the dreaded ACL tear.

Jack's injury shouldn't be a total concern but I see your point. Either would be great IMO but to me, Smith is the pick simply because in most scouting guides I've read, Smith is said to have the higher ceiling, is more likely to be able to slide over and play Mike or Sam whereas most seem to think Jack's best position is WILL LB, where we already have Lee.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I like Jack with his ability to make impact plays. With Jones likely the FS, Bell would be a compliment to him as the SS. He'd be an upgrade overall over Church and Wilcox. Rankins would win the position battle over Hayden on day one. This guy gets serious push and I wouldn't be surprised if he continues to rise on the board. I like Doughty in the 4th. I know alot of hype surrounds Lynch and Goff but I don't think they will be worth a top 10 pick. I'd rather see that top 10 on the field opening day.

I'm just as torn. I would love Bosa overall, but he probably doesn't make it out of top 3. I don't think we go wrong with either Jack or Smith.

If we draft a LB in the top 5 he better be the next luke kuechly.I like Smith but not in the top 5.if we trade down then it would make sense.

Just out of curiousity, who would you think would be worthy of a Top 5 pick? And by that, not because you think we need a QB but who do you think are the 5 BPAs in this draft?

Really don't want Jack. I don't know what it is, I just can't get behind that pick. If we go linebacker it should be Jaylon Smith. He has more versatility and more upside.

I think it's bizarre myself but CBS, for example, has Lynch #2 and Goff #5 on their big board.

I'm not sure how Kiper feels about them, but a lot of the draftniks like Brugler, Miller, etc... are pretty high on both of them. Goff more so than Lynch. I listened to a broadcast from Brugler last night about the QBs that I'm in the process of making a thread about.

Trade back, draft Henry, hand him the ball 30 times a game and enjoy seeing our wonderful defense standing on the sideline for 3/4's of the game. Hey...it's Christmas and Santa is always listening to requests. ;)

I saw Rob Rang has Goff #8 and Lynch #20.

And in his lastest mock from yesterday, Brugler said this about the two QBs:

There is no such thing as a "sure thing" when it comes to evaluating the quarterback position and that is especially true for the 2016 draft class. There isn't an Andrew Luck or even a Jameis Winston or Marcus Mariota, but there are several high-upside passers who deserve first round consideration.
Cal's Jared Goff and Memphis' Paxton Lynch are the top two names and both have a great chance of landing in the top 10.

Will anybody be surprised if both the QBs go in the top 5?.

I like Jaylon better, he is a much more devastating hitter too.

I would take Bosa,Tunsil or Ramsey over any QB in this draft.
