What did everyone expect for our record this year. 12-4? 13-3? Apparently a good amount of you expected 16-0.

This i know. If we went 12-4, or 11-5 this year, there would still be 4 or 5 weeks of people coming on this board and proclaiming the coach should go, the QB should be replaced, the defensive coordinator is horrible, and our draft picks are a waste.

Teams lose. Every team. It happens. No one expected us to go 16-0, and most here would be overjoyed to 12-4.

Get over yourselves and appreciate the fact that we went into the most hostile environment possible and were 5 yards away from tying it.

Trying to be realistic thats how I see the rest of the season going if we play to our ability which puts us 11-5. But the heads of most of the posters on this board will have blown up by mid November according to my predictions, those that remain look set to enjoy a nice run in though :)
 
I think we will lose one of the remaining divisional road games (@ Wash I'd say) and either @Car or @ATL, then one home game (Indy is the popular choice, but they can't stop the run so we have a chance if we just grind the clock and be smart. 11-5, 12-4 barring injuries and Bledsoe meltdowns

We will not win out the last 6 games. We will either lose at NYG or at Atlanta. I project 10-6 best case, which is what I said before the season started.

Indy's run defense is pathetic and they aren't as good as their 5-0 record says....I honestly think we will blow them out when we play them.

As for Car/Was...I agree we lose one of those (likely carolina) and win the other.

12-4 is still very feasible.....:starspin

Exactly....despite Bledsoe being harrassed and abused all day long...this is what people aren't failing to realize. We are always going to be in the game, even when our offense struggles....still early enough in the season to get things corrected too.

I'm pretty sure people would be very satisfied by 12-4. But the fact is that we're at .500 right now, and since everyone loves 'on pace' predictions we're looking at a very dissapointing 8-8.

If we went 8-8 I'm pretty sure you'd be complaining too. Nobody wants to be at .500 with the talent we have!
 
I had predicted 12-4 this season...God was I wrong. We will be lucky to come away with 9-7. We do not have the ability to beat good teams on the road with Bledsoe. That will cost us big time.

Well, you've made some lofty predictions. Hope you are right, but right now, your guess is no better than mine was last week.
