12 Team CFB playoff

Supposedly the board voted for it; starting at the latest in 2026 but want to try and start it in 2024.

From a number of sources so its probably true.

Idiotic. But it is what it is.

Look for a lot of blowouts in the playoff games; but all anyone cares about is getting more long green.

You can be inclusive without being idiotic. 12 teams are not good enough to win a NC- in any given year you MIGHT have 5 or 6. This is all about money and nothing else.

Just stating my opinion

12 seems like a lot, but 4 was not enough for my taste

Until they go to a super tier above FBS, I'd like to see more conferences represented....even if they are one and done.

Tremendous step in right direction.

Last year's SEC CG would have been very different IMO if a BYE week had been on the line.
4 first round Bye's so its' not like you get 1 vs 12 out of the gate.
You get a lot more quality football and lot more meaningful football late in year as teams try to surge into top 12.

All championship games now mean a heck of a lot more.
