13 Overshown Has Become a Terror on the Field

Overshown has been a revelation but the defense needs more. Guys like Mazi, Chauncey and Kendricks had big games yesterday but they aren’t consistent enough. I’d say DT and MLB are the two biggest holes we have on the team. Moreso than RB or OL. But if Martin retires, OL becomes our #1 need.

This team is hamstrung by Dak for the next 2 or 3 seasons, Parsons will never be more valuable than he is now and will probably only regress, Overshown will likely be peaking in a couple of years.

Man this defense has so much more potential than what we've seen. There are playmakers at every level and Overshown is all over the field. Definitely emerging as one of the brightspots in a down year. He'll be everyone's favorite player until he signs his next contract .

If the defense can get better at DT and play more disciplined in owning their gaps they can rebound in a big way.

gholstons had a sneaky Goodyear very quiet but this guy deserves a new contract not a big one deserves to be on this team... He's done this more than just this one game... The reason this has looked better the last three games is because Parsons with Parsons on the field with overshone is why this is starting to work because now it's freeing up other guys like kendricks and golson and even a little bit of Mazi..

The defense has 11 players on the injury list seven of them were starters there's no way this was going to look good until we got a full complement back and we haven't even seen our three corners play together yet... That's why the last three games have looked better and now we got like last game we got kneeland and Bland back

MP and O learning how to feed off of each other is going to be a solid attack base for this defense for a few years.
We can all find ways to dislike certain areas of this team, but MP and O chemistry is going to become very relevant quickly.

Overshown is look good but he didn't look as good as him and Parsons together they both look explosive I don't know what you're talking about first of all parties has always been the guy with the motor putting in the same they look the same to me they are very similar players but Parsons just came off an injury so I'm sorry them together have been making this work also we've been adding the last three weeks more pieces back to this defense. It's starting to show when you get all your players on the field at the same time now the defensive coordinator looks better they could do more things.... You all are really not taking very straight you need some smelling salt this started looking the best as soon as my comparison stepped on the field against Philly the defense looked way better and then the next week even better and this week they were really doing work together and they were working off each other that's what needs to be but Michael Parsons is an explosive impact player if you don't think so you weren't noticing the exact moment he got off and back on this team our defense look better immediately..

If we get a thumper type MLB like Wagner or Roquan Smith this defense would be a lot better. And of course a DT that can actually push the pocket. Please no more Michigan DL.

Um sure Bland, Lewis, Diggs, Bell, Thomas, deserve names dropped with sprinkling in of sam williams, Butler, Liafu, kneeland, etc etc we have far more pieces than holes ..shore up the middle of the DL , add another Pass rusher and or OLB/LB type and we are good.

Right now, I'm hoping we trade Parsons and build a D around Overshown.

When you can get 11 & 13 on the field together why break that up . Let Dallas build on them plus some others . Kneeland Bland Diggs maybe Liufau yr 2 progresses and you add pieces in the draft maybe a FA .
