13 QBs drafted - none by Cowboys

I think they would have taken Ewers in the 7th if Mia didn’t. Or at least they would have signed him in free agency.

Thats a garbage take. But you are entitled
Lol,
Interview with the Browns GM on yahoo news this morning stating “he thinks from (their evaluation process) Gabriel was the better prospect and that Shedeur has an uphill battle to even make the team”!

Jerry loves you. This is his approach to a tee. Seems to work…I’m mean look at all the investment they’ve made in the position the last 30 years. They put no stock in the most important position on the field. You have to roll the dice every few years on a later round project if there are no franchise QBs available. I hope the idiots trade up and grab a possible franchise QB in the next couple years. Give away the farm if need be. We’ll be in the top 12 drafting the next couple years. You can take that to the bank. We are and have been the laughing stock of the league for many years.
You are misunderstanding what I am saying. I am only suggesting that after paying Dak and trading for Milton that having a 2nd developmental QB this year is not necessary. This does not mean I agree with paying Dak $60 million of that trading for Milton was a good idea.

Further, given how this draft unfolded, I think picking a late round QB with so many other needs would have been a waste of a pick. Why does it make sense to focus on teh Cowboys not drafting a QB when they have a huge need at WR and didn't select one either? Seems to me the bigger story is not taking a WR, or not taking a DT until the 7th round or not taking a RB until the 5th round.
