He's more of a special teams guy, a returner. He doesn't look to be anything as a receiver.

With that speed maybe he can be the big play KR and PR we need for field position.

I never hear his name mentioned by JG or coaches. Prob just a camp body

Much smaller than what I thought he was. Unless a 6th WR is kept for his return skills, which will say a lot about a 5th WR or a CB not being that player. He will need to be the next Devin Hester.
I think the 5th WR needs to be that return guy. There is much more to it than just speed.
