We went throught this with Aikman...we need to find one and stick with him so he can learn!

Doesn't mean word will get out to fans at the deadline.

Wade's regime is more fan/media friendly so I'd be shocked not to see them soon.

I would love to see us keep 1 QB, 1 WR and 2 CB's on the practice squad and truly try and groom them the way they did with Romo. These are the 3 postions on the team that we can never seem to have enough of. I really like Ray Sherman and would love to see him stay awhile and truly coach our WR's. He has a ton of experience and he seems to relate well to the current players. If we could just find a really good secondary coach to start turning our lower round draft picks into suitable starters it would really help this organizaton get over the 9-7 hump. Just my 2 cents...

Does not change the fact the Elway played for A LONG TIME before he reached the top...although he is one of the greatest to play the game.

Lots of football players play other sports, but we saw what Carter did, we saw what Hutch did, we saw what Henson did...
