Eighteen national scouts were asked to rank the incoming draft-eligible receivers and Jeremy Maclin of Mizzou came in second behind Mike Crabtree.
Crabtree had 16 first-place votes and 86 points. Maclin (62), Percy Harvin (50), Darrius Heyward-Bey (36), Hakeem Nicks (15), and Kenny Britt (13) rounded out the top six. Brian Robiskie (5.5), Demetrius Byrd (2), and Louis Murphy (0.5) were next. The scouts said Heyward-Bey had the highest "bust" potential.
