I wonder why Emmitt was there with them?
Who was the dude Emmitt was talking to? Tall, long blonde hair?

Looking back, without free agency and a salary cap how many Super Bowls do we win with that team?

Lol, someone must have slipped a valium in jerri & Jimmy's drinks, they were acting like lost lost buds but the meds must have worn off toward the end when Jimmy couldn't resist taking a subtle shot at jerri

Ol Jimmy, he just can't help but pump himself up whenever possible, he acts like practicing for Buffalo's screen pass was akin to curing cancer. I love him but you can see how he contributed to the spilt.

That is Great Great Cowboys Royalty right there. So good to see these guys swapping stories together. All of those dudes Talked the talk and Walked the walk. I am really hoping that Garrett can get us back to the promised land, I think Jerry goes all in this next FA period.

Troy is right. Jerry put JJ in the ring. With out him, you win nothing.

It's his ring.

Only his temporarily, until he or his heirs sell the team. The Ring of Honor belongs to the players and fans forever. Only Jerry and a few ignorant fans do not believe Jimmy deserves enshrinement.

I would also add that Jerry deserves to be in the Ring as well, that day will come I am sure.

Troy is right. Jerry put JJ in the ring. With out him, you win nothing.

Agreed on both points.

Without the two then the three never happen.

I tell you what.... Aikman, Moose and especially Irvin feel a little cheated. Per Jerry's story telling, Bill Walsh said those guys got careless with their relationship.

They know they left at least 1 Super Bowl in the 90's. You are welcome steve young!!!

So true.

That was great. I probably didnt watch the pregame for that SB because it involved the Steelers. I've heard that Irvin story where Mike says he had a list for Jimmy of guys that needed to go, because they didnt care enough about winning. But my favorite part was when Jerry says Jimmy introduced him to Mike on the first day he bought the team and Jimmy says to him, "Michael is a wr, but dont worry about him. Before he left Miami, he whipped every player on the team."

That's why I love Irvin. As tough and as fierce a competitor as anyone who has ever put on a Cowboys uniform.

To ad: Irvin's heart and soul is forever embedded in this team.... Now... Vicariously through Dez.
