Since it is Nfc Championship time here is this game, not sure if they win this or not.
But fun to see this cowboy team. Madden and Curt doing the broadcast.
Madden said he didnt let his kicker warm up if he had first down at the 10 lol, which is funny.
May have to watch it on youtube.

You obviously weren’t following the Cowboys back then and you certainly didn’t watch the video because they won this game and Pat Summerall and John Madden were doing the broadcast.

Don’t know how anyone could forget the Cowboys winning the 92 NFC title game. This is the 93 Super Bowl. Do you remember who won that game? Lol

during my era and time - this 92 NFC champ game vs vaunted Niners team had to be ranked No.1 on my all time playoff wins list

- followed by next' year's niners game in '93 (aikman concussion)

- and then vs Favre GB team in '1995

- and then vs Buddy Ryan and Philly team

- and the ATL comeback in 1980

i only could heard about and researched the Washington and Minnesota come from behind in the late 70's

Think I actually look back more fondly about this game, than the 3 Super Bowls that followed.
The weather and field were poor, an opponent I had never witnessed the Cowboys beat... all the history I’d read about Dallas - San Francisco games.
This was what a playoff game should be about... and we won in dominant fashion and you knew then that the mantle was being passed back and the Cowboys we’re going to be the dominant force.
Hard to believe it’s so long ago and now we are as dysfunctional as The Simpsons.

And earlier that day the Buffalo Bills defeated the Miami Dolphins at Joe Robbie Stadium-- their 3rd straight AFC title. They also were a dominant force in the 90s. After their 4th straight AFC Championship, they fell off just like the Cowboys.
Now after a 27 year absence, Buffalo is back in the conference championship.
Hoping the Dallas breaks its long drought soon.

That is my all-time favorite Cowboys game by far.

Payback for "The Catch" and I loved it as that game haunted me for a long time and still does.

I was lucky enough to attend the Superbowl win a couple weeks later and saw them beat the Bills the next year in Atlanta as well.

The absolute best time to be a Cowboys fan, only rivaled by the late '70's.
