Has there been an explanation of why FOX left the Min vs GB game on in OT?
I had to watch the 1st quarter on directv NFL gamemix.
I thought NFL had rules about going to scheduled games

One reason would be unless the game was being shown locally from the start which it was not here in Houston then they will switch to the scheduled game. Prior to the GB/Minn game they were showing Mike Tyson interview and at 3:00 went to Fox Football so the game was not being televised so they were not obligated to show the end of that game. Thank goodness for that.
Huge blunder on their part and someone should be fired. With this disgust I think I speak for all of us out of market fans who relish the chance to kick our feet up on Sundays and watch our team play in the comfort of our homes without worrying about catching an online stream or going out to a bar. I had the Carolina/Mia game @ 1. At the conclusion they said due to network rules they had to take us to America's game of the week Cowboys/Giants, and then proceeded to show the entire OT period between the Packers and Vikings.
I totally agree, it is a gaping hole in their service that I have complained about to them directly several times. I have received discounts, (one year they gave me the Ticket and movie channels for free for 6 months I beleive), but that doesn't justify the results. I paid my subscription, YOU figure out all the legal mumbo jumbo, etc.
