Draft is projecting. However, the Cowboys are lucky that the Deadskins and Giants will be going through QB grooming drama for 2-3 years. The Eagles have forced Wentz on the veterans so there will be drama.

But when Haskins develops with that Deadskin defensive line and if the Giants are right on the Eli Manning cleared draft choice, the NFC East will be back as the most competitive division in football.

So Jerry Jones has a 2-3 year window before things get very interesting in the NFC East. He better not draft back ups in 2019 like he did in 1995, 1996, 2000, and 2001. We need to draft players that can start and play for championships.

I think the Commanders could be better than people think. Dallas does have a window and that is why I don't want to see CB's, OT's WR's and TE's drafted.

Get me a starting safety, a penetrating 3 tech and Dylan Mack at 1 tech and we are ready to go for it. IMO

Been saying this for a while. Go for it all these next 2-3 yrs! We have already tried the mediocre-good 10 yr thing. Time to grow a set and get to the next level. Tomorrow is here

There are other teams outside the NFC East.

Every year I've been here I've read about a "window" that keeps changing and never materializes.

The Patriots have a window. It closes when Brady and the Hoodie move on. Everyone else has championship fantasies they hope will come true.

How could you forget 2009? Btw we've already missed out on 3 prime years in a row to compete, our OL and run game aren't going to be around forever.

Patriots window is whenever BB and TB walk away

If you keep drafting well, the window never closes.

The key is drafting consistently well over the course of years. If you keep doing that. You’ll always field a good team.

People thought the window was closing after the 2014 season. An aging Romo and Witten. Demarco Murray leaving, etc etc.

Yet a couple good drafts and here we are....
