I just can't find any dominant DE

Scott Crichton, DE, 6-3 #270 Oregon State ...... this guy does not impress me at all

Marcus Smith, DE, 6-6 #260 Louisville ..........like this kid

Crichton has a very good motor...the dude never stops. He will go lower than people think because he doesn't have elite physical skills and it doesn't have the fluidity to play 3-4 OLB. There are not that many teams that run the 4-3 and I think we can get him in the 2nd. Love the player--just not a top pick. This is the type of guy you don't want to play against because he will be a pain in your butt the whole game.

Agree. I really liked what I saw from him in the games that I watched.

Gimme Ben Gardner from Stanford in the 5th/6th (through a trade up) and I this draft is an absolute winner. I see four probable/potential starters out of that draft day 1.

I am not a huge Crichton fan either. I would take Marcus Smith any day over Crichton. I am not a Timmy Jernigan fan, but the rest of the draft looks ok

Pretty good draft. Love the Dion Bailey selection, but I think he goes in round 2.

I understand why you don't but this guy will produce because of his power and tenacity.

and to that one guy that said he was winded in NC game -

Jernigan was dominant in the national championship. There was some concern that he was so winded in the fourth quarter, but it has since come out that he was battling the flu.
