The Cowboys do not have their 4th(Lance), 5th(Eric Scott) or 6th(Cooks) round picks.

They also do not have the cash to pay Jaylon Johnson.
But those two players would have been great here IMO.

The Bears reportedly wanted a 2nd and 6th just for Johnson. They have 100M in cap space and were actually buyers at the deadline.

To do this deal probably would have taken the 2024 2nd and 2025 3rd.
