2 Cowboys who should see more snaps after the bye week

The bye week is coming to an end, and that means the second half of the Dallas Cowboys season will begin. It is not going the way that we all had hoped, but the moves they made on defense at the trade deadline should at least set them up well for next year.

I am not moving on from this year yet, but with everything this team is going through and with the worst defense in football, it makes it tough after losing to the Arizona Cardinals at home.

With that said, I think this team still has a few guys that should earn more snaps coming out of the bye week and see if they can build on them heading into 2026 or even lean on them for the rest of the season.

Absolutely, looking to next year, Flournoy really needs the reps to see what he is..EZ too.

I am excited to see what he has too, but I don't think its fair to expect a lot out of him in his first year. He is a rookie and has some learning and growing to do. Kind of like Cooper Flagg currently.

Come on man pick a little more difficult one than the obvious, that's obvious... They've already started upping them but how about less Turpin and Tolbert and for sure we need to see a little bit more of Clowny and Houston and less of everybody else, on when they're rotating in with easy has become the starter. He shouldn't lose his job and he should get more and more snaps as the year goes on just let him fly five down linemen with a better interior next to him.....

But I think they should give less snaps to Sam Williams and Fowler just let a smaller compact group get much more snaps...

I think some of our pass rushers who are more effective are being pulled out of the game and are losing opportunities that they might make a better play while their counterparts are not...

Well I hope Milton plays, because it is out of hand, because our offense finally played to its ability. I miss the 90s when all the starters came out in the forth chumming it up, laughing on the sidelines. Yes, yes I know we are bad atm, but sorry I am a glass half full type of guy.

Two of the few promising young up-and-comers. I think Flo has jumped Tolbert on the depth chart. I don't remember seeing Tolbert at all vs the Cards.
