2 point conversion or Extra point?

Missed 2 point conversions will end up costing you more loses. Extra points are pretty much automatic . Two point conversions are not .
Situation aside, you just need to have 50% conversion on two point attempts to break even.

Situations aside, you can pretty much do worse than your opponents at anything over the course of the season and still win the Super Bowl.

I'll stick with the extra points and hope my opponent goes for 2 every time.

I'd do it, especially if we are scoring the first TD. It sets the tone.

What's the conversion rate on 3rd/4th and 2? If it's better than 50%, then go for 2. Dan Bailey can make up for any 6 pt TDs.

I am sure you knew I meant in obvious situations like you tied the game with the touchdown, you would just kick to win. But don't let common sense stop ya!

Based on league averages, it's absolutely correct mathematically to go for it every time.
