I have not been impressed what so ever with the game play of the Cowboys. The last two games have been SAD. Dont get me wrong I love the WINS but it sure leaves an ugly feeling in my gut knowing that we're going to play DENVER this Thrursday.

If this sloppy play by the Oline, D LIne and BLEDSOE continues we dont stand a chance in hell against Denver....And sorry to say it but we deserve to lose if this continues.

"It is what it is Fellas"

I hope... WAit I expect a good effort this Thanks Giving enough of this sloppy BUll Crap.

Oh and for the fellow members that where in the chat earlier today this is for you

We are 7-3 and if the playoffs started today, we would have the #2 seed in the NFC playoffs

I disagree with you that Barber is better than JJ. They are two different runners. JJ is better in space and inbetween the 20's, Barber is better inside the 20's. They compliment each other, and make up for each others weaknesses.

Well it's a good thing you don't scout for the Cowboys.

The Julius I saw at the end of last season is way better than Barber. WAAAYYY Better. He was excellent in short yardage situations then. Hopefully he gets back to that form.

but the playoffs dont start today...we've already lost to Seattle and stilll have to play at NYG and at Carolina (both 7-3)...then add in tough games vs Denver, KC and Washington and its safe to say that with the way we're playing right now we wont be seeing any 1st rd bye

Methinks people are already starting to take a 7-3 record for granted. Me? I'm just relishing in the success.

Relishing in the success and taking a 7-3 record for granted is the same thing isn't it? Either way, I think the players are doing the same thing.

Taking for granted in the sense that they're overlooking the record based on weak wins. Maybe I should have worded it differently, but I still believe we should at least take a day or two to just be happy that the 'boys are 7-3, a record a lot of us didn't think they'd sniff in August.

I went and looked at Detroits schedule after the game to see who they've beaten. Green Bay, Baltimore, Cleveland and Arizona. Not exactly a murderer's row of opponents. Interestingly, they played Carolina pretty tough, giving up the lead to Chris Weinke and losing 21-20.

But you'd have to be a fool not to see some red flags in these last 2 games. I'll yell my fool head off when we play the Broncos on Thursday, and we may be able to hang with 'em for 60 minutes and even pull one out. But I'm not really optimistic about it. Still, who wouldn't be happy with taking 2 out of 3 of these games in the 11 day span?

Then the rest of the season starts. We've got to beat the Commanders. We've got a chance to beat the Giants, although I admit they're looking really tough. We've got to take care of business at home against the Chiefs and the Rams.

Right now, we look like a wild-card team. And honestly, how many of you expected that back in July?

Two Ugly Wins, Next Your Mother.

.................

Jesus. The Cowboys of old would have lost one of the two ugly wins, or maybe even both. Yeah, we could have played better, but I'm not griping.

7-3 is a beutiful sight for a decade of sore eyes. Love the Defense and think we match-up well vs anyone in the enitire National Football League. It's ALL good in Dallas tonight! All is well at 7-3 and Denver is going to have its hands full with this team.

Geez guys, if you would have known that this team would be 7-3 heading into Thanksgiving back in July, you guys would have started a conga line. I don't dispute the fact that we have looked flat the last 2 weeks, but I do think we need to get some perspective on things.

We are heading into a difficult stretch run here, but truthfully, none of the teams on our schedule scare me. Honestly, those teams do not fear the Cowboys either. Parity is running wild, but it is nice to be the beneficiary of parity for a change!
