Today marks the two year anniversary of Romo’s last win as a starting QB for the Dallas Cowboys. This is also the two year anniversary of Romo’s last TD pass to Dez Bryant.

The skies opened up for a downpour.

What a fitting reminder that the Dallas Cowboys' season has been under water without the star quarterback.

By the end of the day at Sun Life Stadium, though, the sun was out — especially on the Cowboys’ hopes for salvaging their season.

Romo demonstrated what’s been missing, passing for 227 yards and firing two touchdown passes in a 24-14 victory over the Miami Dolphins that snapped Dallas’ seven-game losing streak. And just like that, the Cowboys are officially back in the NFL’s playoff race, even with a 3-7 record and the slim margin for error that will exist down the stretch.

I am happy with Dak but it’s crazy how fast time flies. It sure doesn’t seem like it’s been two years.

Man, two years already? Imagine what he could have done with this line and Zeke.

Nothing. You know, Dez can't get separation, run routes or make a catch anymore. He's done, haven't you heard. Plus the o-line doesn't perform up to standard this year. And with one out of five starting linemen sidelined, how could you expect the QB to do much. Zeke's average is down as well, and now he's suspended. No QB could perform under those circumstances.

Somebody remind me what happened on thanksgiving two years go.

If we are going to play the blame game on why Romo isn’t in the nfl anymore.

He was able to beat the mediocre dolphins, but 3 days later with a still broken collarbone he just wasn't ready for the stacked 15-1 Panthers. He came back to soon and should have just sat the year out. Romo was too much of a warrior for his own good sometimes

It is evident now more than ever that Romo was not just the starting Qb of The Cowboys but also the coach/play caller. The void is astronomical now that everyone has caught on to Dak .

The post right below yours sums it up. Now tell us how Dak is already GOAT

I’m not the one blaming the coaches or blaming “fans who complained about Romo” for the fact that he is retired.

Romo was one of my favorite players. I always defended him. He just physically didn’t have anything left in the tank. There’s no shame in that. It happens to every player.

He might have got hurt again but he was able to play when he left for CBS.

You can’t go into every season, worrying about whether your starting QB is going to get hit and miss another 8 games or not.

We have done the same thing with Sean Lee and look where it has gotten our defense.

Well we would have had the GOAT backing him up so we'd be fine either way.
