The results? Ten touchdowns, four field goals, four punts, one turnover, and one intermission. Included in those drives are nine straight scoring drives (all eight against Chicago and the first one today) and five consecutive touchdown drives.

This is the worst defense I have ever seen at any level of football. I'm sure there have been worse overall, but none I've followed on a game-by-game basis, or at least none that I remember. How Monte Kiffin continues to be employed is an absolute mystery to me, even with the injuries.

Fear not. I believe it was the 2001 Colts I was looking at the other day that allowed 1.5X the league average in terms of points. It was in the 480s I believe but came at a time when 320 was the average.

To put that into perspective, Dallas likely needs to give up another 160 points to be at 1.5X what you would expect the league average to be.

So not the worst of all time at least.
