We took Bobby Carpenter instead of Santonio Holmes. Hmmm, maybe we took the wrong Buckeye?!! Then again, I remember Parcells didn't want knuckleheads... but it could have been nice!

Hey man, I wanted Carp too. I was sucked in.

In 2007, we took Anthony "4.5 career sacks" over LaMarr Woodley.

One gives the Steelers an excellent compliment to Harrison.

The other gives us "depth."

We drafted Mario Edwards instead of Tom Brady. Double drat !

There wasn't much question there when they came out. Woodley was quite a bit smaller and didn't have as much production in college. I doubt any team had Woodley rated higher as a 3-4 OLB. And I don't know if Spencer had been playing every snap since Day 1 that he wouldn't be up to Woodley's speed by now.

I did like them both coming out, though. Carpenter on the other hand, I almost threw up when we made the pick.

mario edwards wasn't a bad pick at all for a 6th rounder. had anyone know tom brady was gonna be this good, he would have been the first pick over all. we could have tom brady in round two instead of that criminal we actually took.

some Cowboy fans justify poor drafting with "we didnt draft Tom Brady or Randy Moss..." makes a lot of sense!
