This is not a shot at you... but I am so tired of these TO is a cancer , he will destroy this team,, stuff i could puke. What happened in Philly is history now. And to be honest, what is he going to tear apart, a 9-7 team at best. I know everyone thinks we are close,, and i do too, but what we think and what we are, that's 2 different things. We haven't won anything in a very long time, maybe alittle shake up is what we need. Maybe a little attitude is exactly what the DR ordered here. We as a team, haven't had any Swagger in a very long time. We need that. We need confidence. I am not suggesting we sign to TO,, but I am not going to pre judge him either. I know his past and I am not scared of it.

One of the arguments I see here FOR TO by some posters is..."If anyone can handle TO its BP"...

BP is here 1 to 2 years tops. So, does that mean those FOR TO and use that argument, only want him signed if its a 1 to 2 year deal ?

Well..I'm hoping BP brings in a good hard nosed replacement (obviously not inhouse). I don't think the TO stint will be for more than 3 years anyway.

I ONLY want him if its a 1-2 year deal, or something with minimal impact if he's cut after those 1 or 2 years.

Anything longer is tap dancing in a minefield. (although I do think the "TO destroys franchises!!!!" schtick has gotten way overblown)

i'd rather not have TO on this team, but when you put it that way....i almost do because i agree with you, this team needs swagger and self confidence. last year how many times did we on this board say that the players are playing without heart, without the passion that i have come to expect from the cowboys, the are looking to 'not make a mistake' instead of making plays.

I am on record here as saying when Terrell tears this team apart, I will be front and center leading that charge.

I cant believe so many pple would sell out their cowboy pride for 1 shot at a superbowl. The boys have never been about taking 1 shot at the bowl and then disappearing into the muck of cellar dwellars. The boys have always stood for 'continued excellence'. And so many pple here have shown me they do not knwo what that star really means. They forget the legacy of Tom Landry. Roger Staubach, Tony Dorsett, Emmitt Smith. Shame on ya'll guys that want Terrell.

Now do you have sense of danger about this guy?

Can you keep him happy over a 3-4-5 year period?

He can dictate all he wants.

Denver has already basically bowed out. Saban in Miami is rumored to have soured on the idea too. Very llittle has been heard from KC. The only other team rumored to have interest is Tampa, and they have no cap space.

We are the only team with strong interest and money. If we are patient and don't bid against ourselves, then TO will be left with what we give him.

If he doesn't like it, fine don't sign him.

Give me a break. This team is building to win NOW and some of us here can put aside our feelings of TO being an *** by realizing how much he could help this team while also seeing that he really cant risk coming here and blowing up either
