You beat me to it. And you are correct.
Kosier did alright, better than what most people think. Look at it this way, if you didn't hear his number or name much....he was doing alright. New team, new scheme, he will improve in his 2nd year.
Flo will be 100% also. I think his knee was still not at full strength last year.
Colombo a nice surprise, Gurode had a nice year. So Rivera needs replaced which I blieve everyone does agree on that position.

The only issue I may have is drafting a FS - if you're moving Henry to FS, you still have Watkins.

I'd be more inclined to draft a CB 1st day, and that way we have two options at FS, and 2 options at CB. If Henry can sucessfully move to FS, then he becomes more valuable now, than when we picked him up in FA because he can play 2 positions.

Rivera got manhandled this season.Kosier IMO did better,although,I'll take any improvements to the Oline we can get.

I don't cut Kosier.. I do draft a G, around the 3rd or 4th to develop and for depth. i dont think Wr is a concern this year, so I dont draft one this year. I don't draft a safety either, I do draft a CB in the first. I do sign a FA Quarter back if Bledsoe does leave. I do look in FA to replace Rivera and I do look for a pass rushing OLB in FA, move Carpenter inside.

Kosier has fight in him and at only 26 he's got loads of time to improve seeming linemen are at their prime around 28-32 years of age.

Rivera is just too hobbled to be the player he was for Brett Favre, a good veteran personality in the lockerroom but not a dominant blocker any longer.

Gurode proved his worth finally and at 28 he is moving into his prime years.

Flozell is at the apex of his career and in a year or two his skills will diminish to the point that he will and must be replaced, some argue now is the time already, I do not.

Columbo is also entering his prime and is a mauler.

Al Johnson is a respectable backup, I'd liek to keep him myself.

Other than that it is time to draft.

Even if we move Henry to safety, we'd want a safety net in case we're forced to move him back to corner. That is why I said a safety or a defensive end, tackle, or linebacker in the first.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but actually think Watkins can play FS. In my observations, I saw Watkins give up like 2 maybe 3 TDs, and each time he was in position to make the play. The only time he was flat out burned was when the guy put a double move on him, but he still could've prevented the TD. We're talking about a 5th round rookie, I think he will be miles better next year.

I think FS is far easier to play than corner, no doubt Henry can play this position, plus he's played it before. But if he can't, I'm quite sure Watkins would do a good enough job over there with a year under his belt. I could be wrong.

I'd HATE to have a Foreskin on our team but I would look into signing Dockery to replace Rivera. Dockery is young, big, strong, mobile, and aggressive. He would be a HUGE help to our run game...

I agree, and actually he had great coverage on the guy until the double move, and still had the speed to catch him after being left in the dust.

We all need to just allow the kid to grow in this position, but have Henry there in case it doesn't work out.
