I just got off the phone with a person in the ticket office as I and some of my friends are planning on going to a Cowboys game next year. She informed me that the Cowboys have home games against the 49ers, Seahawks, Ravens, Bengals, Bucs and obviously the NFC east teams. She reported that the last game of the season will probably be against a NFC east rival since it the last game at Tx stadium. She also reported the Cowboys are playing the Steelers and the Packers at their stadiums. Of course she did not know when since the schedule will not be out until April. Just thought you guys would like to know especially if any of you are making plans to see a game that is coming from out of state like myself.

We pulled the AFC North and the NFC West.

That means no detroit or carolina......1st time in like a decade dallas won't be play either of those teams.

man i would love to see the Balti-Boys game

tough schedule for the boys--did you see that the Pacheatriots have the easiest schedule?

The last game in Texas Stadium will be the NFC championship in January 2009.

That's because they are ESPN-NFL's team. ESPN is in Bristol, CT., which is Pacheats' country. ESPN pretty much tells every league what to do, since they are THE power of sports. What they want, the NFL wants. It's hard enough to beat the Cheats & the refs at the same time. So, how can the team with the best record over the past decade earn the easiest schedule?

It's easy when you are the NFL's team.

If the standings stay as they are now, and they should, we'll have Green Bay and Tampa Bay as the final two

Sweet. Since I now reside in western PA, 45 minutes from Pittsburgh, I will be watching the Cowboys and the Steelers play at Heinz Field.

Of course my wife's family are big Steeler fans, so I will be the lone Cowboys' fan in the bunch. Maybe I can get my brother to fly up for the game.

Come on...enough with the conspiracy theory speculation.

The league sets the schedule so that you play each division rival twice, alternate playing an entire division within each conference every 4 years with the final two games played against the team in the other two divisions within your conference that match your standing from the previous year (1st place vs. 1st place, etc.).

The Patriots can't help that the teams within their division or play in the divisions that is in this line of rotation for next year suck.

The teams we be playing, listed:

Home:

Cincinnati
Baltimore
Tampa Bay
San Fransisco
Seattle
New York
Washington
Philadelphia

Away:

Arizona
St. Louis
Cleveland
Pittsburgh
Green Bay
New York
Washington
Philadelphia

Depending on when we get to travel to those last 6 away games, we should get to play in some interesting weather. Yay.

Why people still don't understand the NFL'S scheduling formula is beyond me. I suppose ESPN told the NFL to have the Dolphins and Jets suck, right?
