But i knows you means roux the thickener for da sauce. here is the recipe.
and write it down cause I dont want to have to give it to you again, you little chef you.


ROUX
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour
Combine well and let cook until golden brown in color. Use for thickening many white sauces.
