Week 1 beat Philly 27-20
Week 2 beat Buffalo 34-7
Week 3 lost to bears 20-17
Week 4 beat Lions 28-26
Week 5 lost to Commanders 16-13
Week 6 lost to Dolphins 23-20

The 2010 Packers started 3-3 which I think we will this year if we beat the Rams. Im not saying anything other than showing that 2-3 doesn't mean no playoffs. The way inpatient fans are now a days im sure Packers fans were calling for Mike McCarthy head and saying Aaron Rodgers cant get it done and he will never win a playoffs game after that week 5 and 6 losses to Washington and Miami. Both teams that didnt qualify for the playoffs in 2010.

Im not say any of this means anything for the cowboys, but its just a look at its not how you start it how you finish.

I still see Dallas finishing 10-6 as I predicted pre-season.

We go on a run starting next week.

The sky is always darkest after a loss, but a rational person can see that the story hasn't been finished on this season yet...

Aaron Rodgers. Mike McCarthy.

Who were McCarthy and Rodgers before they went on that run? I remember Mccarthy probably would've been shipped out of town if they didn't get those breaks.

Every year some tries to compare us to the 20__ (Enter team name here). Just cut it out already. It has nothing to do with anything.

Anyone see that unbelievable TD Rodgers threw to James Jones today while rolling left? Yeah, he's Aaron Rodgers. Next.

We definitely have a chance.

Our season hinges on the OL.

If Jerry is serious about being a GM he will be working the phones to get us a good OG before the trading deadline closes and will do it by not giving up the farm.

I just want one above average OG. I pleaded that we sign someone like Leroy Harris in the offseason but JJ insisted on cutting the vets and going with untested kids at 2 of the 3 spots on the inside. Now we have lost Nagy and Dockery and only have Arkin on the roster. This is the same Arkin who got beat out by Nagy who never started in college and played in Division II last year. Maybe the kid comes in and plays lights out but I find that hard to believe.

The sad part is that outside on the interior OL this team is probably capable of winning the Super Bowl. With an average interior OL we are better than the Patriots right now. Whether we can beat the Packers I don't know but we definitely have a shot at doing that.

Please find us an OG. I think one of the Luck sweepstake teams would be happy to make their team a bit weaker if we give them a plausible looking package but don't give the farm up - that's the problem with JJ. Remember how he panicked after Romo broke his hand in 2008 and gave up the farm for RW11.

I so wish we had a GM who wasn't so terrible at roster construction and management.

Well I said it may doesn't mean anything in the post, but my point is If we are the Packers from 2010 at this point one year ago us as cowboys would be saying were not even going to make the playoffs after a loss to a team like Miami, but yet they won the Superbowl

2010 Commanders: Started 3-3, Finished 6-10

2010 Rams: Started 3-3, Finished 7-9

2010 Jaguars: Started 3-3, Finished 8-8

2010 Dolphins: Started 3-3, Finished 7-9

2010 Cardinals: Started 3-3, Finished 5-11

Sometimes a team finds a way to dig out of mediocrity. More often, they probably don't.

A better coach and QB than Garrett and Romo. Again, move on guys.

One year ago at this time would when Green bay was 3-3 remember at the time Rodgers had 0 playoffs wins, and so did Mcarthy?? so my point is you don't know how its going to be in late December based on mid October unless your 0-5 like the rams.

You're new here. I get it. But in 2008, we got posts about the Giants 2007 season. In 2009, we got posts about the Cardinals 2008 season. In 2010, it was ...well, I don't know about 2010, because we really sucked in 2010. Let's just say, we've heard this all before, time and time again and it never works out the way the poster imagines. I know its an attempt at consolation, but just give it up already. :(

This is hilarious. Apparently the more we lose, the better we get....the greater the stretches.

This is an above average team which puts them right around my preseason prediction, 9-7. Our offensive line needs to continue the overhaul and further growth (Nagy, Arkin...).

We are not the Green Bay Packers. Romo is not Rodgers. Garrett is not McCarthy. Ware is not Mathews. There are no comparisons except we both use the same ball.
