regardless of what positions we address, we need to get players who are more gritty than we have in the past.

Dez Bryant is a very gritty player for example. I would say so is Miles Austin. They just do more with the chances that they get. That is assuming Austin catches the ball.

Even tashard choice played more gritty with the opportunity he was given. He didn't necessarily remind me of the grittiest player marion barber, but marion barber isn't that player anymore either.

We need to get legit safeties who can help out our corners. Despite a couple of plays from Ball, this bargin bin deal has really hurt us. I'm just glad we didnt resign Sensabuagh long term.

And as much as I like Roy Williams, I'm hoping Ogletree steps up so we can let him go. Roy Williams and Marion Barber will allow us to get 3-5 prime players. They are that overpaid. With little to no lose in production.

Our offensive line renewed with no starters from before 2009 will be a huge help to Romo.

It does suck that we seemingly have to replace so many players, but there are just players that I don't think we can get away with keeping. I also dont want to fall into a Hamlin/Carpenter situation either. Where we don't have someone to replace them at all.
