2011 free agents?

Paul Soliai - NT Dolphins

Tyson Clabo - RT Falcons

Eric Weddle - S Chargers

Devin Joseph - G Bucs

I think if we cut Barber, Williams, Davis, Columbo, Brooking - we can create enough cap space to sign them.

A): Logan Mankins - Patriots
A1) : Carl Nicks - Saints.

I want: A and A1

LT: Doug Free
LG: Carl Nicks
C: Andre Gurode
RG: Logan Mankins
RT: Sam Young

Make it happen, Jerry.. Use your " magic wand "..

Both those guys are gonna get huge contracts, I doubt we'd sign both.

Ultimately I think we'll be pretty active when/if free agency does start, but I think all of you wanting only the best player at each position signed are gonna be disappointed. I think they'll look for more middle of the road guys, people like Kyle Kosier when we signed him. Quality, dependable players that represent good value.

The transition and franchise tags will change the face of free agency. So it's hard for me to get overexcited about anyone just yet.

Realistically what can we expect with the CBA lockout looming?

I am really unsure what to expect. Is it business as usual or will there be a total halt on FA till the mew CBA is signed?

I can see cases for both sides and dont know what to expect really. Really praying theres no change yet, I wanna see what Jerrys got planned, whos calling the shots and is jerry willing to be a big a spender now Jasons spending his money.

Another reason why I am anxious for FA and the draft and hate this lockout talk. It could delay and ****** the start of the next Cowboys era. And I wanna return to greatness and win trophies. I have had enough losing for a lifetime. (How do the Bengals and Lions keep their fans?)

I agree with you. Football's Future has a good list of the free agents if anyone wants to check. I'm not backing off guys like Leroy Harris. It was his first year starting, and he was a fourth round pick in 2007. The Titans offensive line coach really likes him, and the organization thinks he can be a Pro Bowl player. He is a young guy with upside, and his price should be about right. It's guys like this who you should watch. I agree with you. Kosier was a cheap bargain and unknown.

The interior of the Titans offensive line is taking heat for their run blocking, but it's tough when there are 8 or 9 guys in the box constantly due to no quarterback. Harris has started and played well (in a playoff game) against the Ravens at center. Plus, he has started a game at RT and played well. He's big and strong and athletic. I don't know of any other guys like this, but I do wonder who the other ones are.

Again, this guy can play all three interior line positions and will play at 27. Young linemen, who are ready to plug in, are tough to find, and I expect guys like Harris will draw significant interest. I wonder what the Titans will over him, and I wonder if Harris wants to play for a lame duck coach, knowing that Fisher and his offensive line coach could be gone in a year.

If anyone else know about guys like Harris, tell us. I don't see Dallas paying Leonard Davis money when a guy like Davis has given the Cowboys diminishing returns.

Carl Nicks would be a nice addition, but he is going to cost $ 50 million or more. That is the problem.

Mankins is a MUST. Need to go heavy for this guy.

He'd be a nice pickup. Just wonder if the Pats just let him walk or they place the franchise tag on him. Don't think Tom Terrific won't have a say in it either.

My top 6

DT Haloti Ngata (Ravens)
OG Logan Mankins (Pats)
OG/OC Ryan Kalil (Panthers)
DE Richard Seymour (Raiders)
S Bob Sanders (Colts) (Likely to be cut)
CB Nnadami Asomugha

Bob Sanders likely to be cut. You might be able to sign him cheap and give him a shot to prove he can play a full season.

Wht are some good possible free agents

What about John Kuhn from the Packers? He will be a FA. It would be nice to have a FB out there that isn't a useless appendage... who is actually a threat running and recieving (not to mention blocking).
