2011 Giants D-Line (41 sacks) vs 2015 Dallas Cowboys (?)

Honestly, I don't give a rip about sacks.

I care about pressure, because pressure leads to picks and bad throws to nowhere. That takes the hope out of an offense, when it knows its QB is rattled and drives are futile.

What is encouraging is the sheer number of pressure players along the front. On 3rd and long, Dallas can use a Hardy/Lawrence/Crawford/Gregory front, and that will lead to rushed and inaccurate throws.

That will be a scary look. I know Carolina played Hardy inside sometimes. He's an effort guy, a lot of his sacks are the result of a ridiculously high motor. So I know what to expect from him.

Lawrence and Gregory are the enigmas. Gregory has freakish skills like Simeon Rice, Javon Kearse, or even JPP - his ceiling could be the highest. Lawrence is no slouch either, he was really starting to come around last year.

It's been a while since I was this excited about our pass rush - even when Ware and Spencer were clicking they never got much help. If you include Crawford we have 4 guys that have the potential to put up 8 sacks or more.
