.... no matter how stacked your roster is, even how great your QB is, the most important and valuable part of the team is the dudes on the sideline, with the headphones, not wearing the jerseys.
People will say Belichick but that's an outlier, to me the Saints example is the one that really sticks out. Roughly the exact same roster went 13-3 (including 8-0 at home) in 2011, and 7-9 including a handful of home losses in 2012.
I for one knew something was amiss when a very green RG3 playing his first NFL game went into the Superdome and embarrassed the Saints on their home turf week 1.
I believe the Cowboys have a great roster in 2018, but do we have the guys on the sidelines worthy enough to get us to the promised land?
