I am well aware of the differences in the size of the ball and the three point line. They also have no 8 or 10 second rule, and various other rules are slightly different. The point though is they are still playing a game based around the athleticism of men, and regardless of the ball size the basics of the game are still the same and women cannot perform them as men do. That is simply a biological fact. The best women's player in history would not start for a large championship caliber men's high school team, they simply lack to the raw athleticism to compete at that level.
For instance, softball is a completely different game than baseball. Women physically cannot throw like men do effectively due to their center of gravity and weaker shoulders, so they pitch completely differently. Women's basketball has no such modifications, the game they play is still based around the same skillset and actions. Women are not as tall, as fast, as strong or as athletic as men of comparable levels of play and basketball revolves around those abilities.
