I still don't understand. I heard somewhere there is no scenario where Philadelphia would be facing Seattle.

Philly can't play Seattle in the divisional round. Seattle can only play seeds 4-6 in the divisional round. If New Orleans wins, Seattle gets the lowest seed which are the Saints.
