Mock draft season is in full swing, and with a few months before the NFL Draft, each answer only leads to more questions.

We finally have an answer about what the Chiefs will do at quarterback, but that only complicates the top part of the first round even more.

For this version of SB Nation's weekly mock draft, Dan Kadar and I teamed up to attempt to make some sense of the first round. Here's our effort. For this mock, Kadar took the odd picks and I handled the even picks. Have at it, and please use the comments as an open forum to post your latest mock draft as well.

I can actually see Cyprien going ahead of Vacarro.

IF Warmack and Cooper are both available at that pick...They take Cooper over Warmack due to his versatility as OG/OC.

Although all the safeties are still availble at our spot in that mock as well so maybe we pass both OGs :(

I hate the idea of drafting a saftey in the first unless that saftey is dominate like Ed Reed, Earl Thomas, Eric Berry, ect.
I RT, DT, or one of the 2 dominating guards. At this point you kind of have to look at Menelik Watson at number 18. I know a lot of people will only look at draft rankings but go watch some film on this guy and you will see what a beast he is. Great run blocker, stalemates pass rushers and could easily slide inside to guard if Parnell looks good at RT.
Only knock on him is his age but we are building this team to win now not later. I mean, anyone on here wishing that we would draft Fisher or Johnson to play tackle should not be a fool and think Watson is not as good as the 2 mentioned. I would honestly draft Watson ahead of Lane Johnson.

19. New York Giants
Arthur Brown, Kansas State
LB6'241Sr.This may seem like a strange fit. While general manager Jerry Reese does put a priority on players with size, he covets athleticism just as much. Want to find a Robert Griffin neutralizer? Brown did it in college. If the Giants do replace Michael Boley with Jacquian Williams, Brown could be used on the inside.

Man, if this happens I will be upset. I do not want to see Arthur Brown playing for the Giants. The guy is going to be a terrific LB for a long time. I still hold out hope of getting him in the second round.

Like they said... the guy is a RGIII neutralizer.
