I realize it is a little crazy to start talking about 2014's draft, but for those that are angry about not addressing the OL/DL enough this year, fear not.

Jadeveon Clowney
Stephon Tuitt
Trent Murphy
Cassius Marsh
Aaron Lynch
Louis Nix
Anthony Johnson
Scott Crichton

Taylor Lewan
Cyrus Kouandjio
Jake Matthews
David Yankey
Cyril Richardson
James Hurst
Chaz Green
Bryan Stork

Jadeveon Clowney

I stopped right there. This is the only dude I want in next year's draft.

Would you pull a Ditka and trade your entire draft for him? That's probably what it would take. And I'm not being sarcastic...serious question.

Clowney will be the first overall player taken in next years draft. We wont get withing smelling distance of getting this guy.

Ask me that in 11 months.

There is going to be even more OL and DL names added to these top players next year. Both lines look deep next year, good news for us.

Also next year will have 3-4 QBs that will be 1st round picks next year.
Also helps push these OL and DL down.

Someone with 2 first round picks could probably make it happen.

It would suck to be a team that had to have a QB next year and that owns the #1 overall pick. They would probably take the QB despite the fact the Clowney is the best player.

No. I wouldn't do that for any player unless he's a John Elway-like franchise QB prospect.

Agreed. Drafting QB's #1 (despite our success with Aikman) is something I'd never do (unless that QB truly was one of the elite players in the draft, and not just cuz he's a "QB").

The bust rate of top 15 qb's is just too high. I'd rather draft someone in the middle rounds and develop him 2 years behind a veteran then to throw a rookie to the wolves and watch his confidence dwindle from week to week.

I'd do it with a top 5 draft QB too, but you lose a couple of games and despite the reason for it everyone would be calling for him to get on the field. I'm just very against starting rookie QBs.

I'm just praying the Eagles, Giants, or Commanders DON'T end up with the #1 pick next year.

its possible Manziel overtakes him for #1 despite size issues.

Yeah I may have to cheer for all of the NFC east to do well just so they don't get Clowney.

Barring a major injury, it's hard to imagine many scenarios without Clowney going #1.

We won't get him unless we're the worst team in the league; that isn't going to happen.

Teams like JAX and KC are in for a horrible year; my early guess is he goes to one of those places.

be prepared to be disappointed. no QB looks to be good enough to push him down to #2. that could change because we all know teams overdraft QBs (except this year), but right now, he's the #1 pick bar none.

yea, only for a QB would it make sense to consider it, otherwise it's a mistake.
