As the second-place finisher in the NFC East, the Cowboys are slated to host the second-place team in the NFC South and travel to play the second-place finisher in the NFC North. After yesterday’s games, that means Dallas will have a 2014 home game against New Orleans and a road trip to play Chicago. The dates and times for next season’s schedule won’t be announced until later this spring, but the Cowboys now know all 16 opponents for the 2014 season.

NFC West & Chicago & NO, very very tough.
AFC South & NFC East, not so much.
The home/road split is in our favor. The only bad road games are SEA and CHI (granted, they both look really bad). We get SF, NO, ARI and IND at home. Plus, unlike JAC, we don't lose a home game to Wembley (of course, that would never happen).

Overall, it looks to be a fairly tough schedule. But of course, you never know this early how things will play out (see Houston this year).

That schedule is brutal. Every game on the home slate will be tough. Even Houston could be resurgent.
