There are some 4-3 DEs that would be good 4-3 DTs.

I like Babineaux. I think he could be a nice fit at DT as a rotational player. I'd still prefer to keep Hatcher but Babineaux might be more affordable given his history and age. I always thought he played like La'Roi Glover. As a matter of fact, Ben Bass reminds me of Babineaux.

love to grab some proven commodities that are part of dominating schemes like the mcnasties from the Seattle Seahawks could be had and know each other so they fit into a rotation of familiarity. get rid of ware and we go younger without questionable play. just give me 2 solid dline units so we can rotate fresh legs and arms. I am very hopeful for a top 10 defense in 14'

wrong. Dallas has enough to secure 5 players at 20 mil each. I'm not saying we will go big in free agency but it can be done. then you release ware and Austin and replace with affordable younger players. as for the candy store don't just stand outside looking through a window. get inside and take a whiff a lick and even a crunch. this team needs quality depth so that the injuries don't put us in this off the cliff drop off talent wise. the 1 big defensive front line star type player should be in the draft.

Since we are ballin' on a budget give me Clinton McDonald (age 27) from Seattle.

Would also consider Arthur Jones (age 27) from Baltimore. He isn't listed above because he's currently a 3-4 DE. Would play DT here. Jerry would love to have his brother Jon "Bone" Jones on the sideline to promote the Cowboys..errrrrr I mean root for his brother.
