2015 Predictions

Should be at least an 11 or 12 win season. 2015 is one of the easiest schedules dallas has had in a while. Plus now they saw a little success now they are hungry.

The schedule is pretty interesting.

Pretty top heavy with some real tough teams (NE, GB, SEA, Philly twice)

Then there should be a major drop off to teams we should handle (NFC South, the rest of the AFC east besides the Pats, Commanders)

Our divisional rivals have the same teams, and I do like that we have both Seattle and Pats at home, just have to travel to GB. Let's see if we can make homefield work for us again.

On the offensive side of the ball Romo will be much healthier, and Beasely/Dez/Williams should all progress more as they're still very young and talented. Our offensive line will have another off season, and training camp to mesh with one another which is huge, especially considering they're already beast.

On the defensive side of the ball we'll have our best defensive player (not even close) back again, let's just hope Lee doesn't get hurt before the season starts. Justin Durant will also be healthy again, which will be a nice addition. Carr will probably be on his way out of Dallas, though he possibly saved himself (albeit with a paycut) with a stellar playoff performance. Curious to see if they bring back McClain, I hope they do, at least for one more year. Lawrence and Crawford will also have another year of experience under their belt, so they should both be better, we're also gonna need them both if we're serious about contending.

If Murray won't take a deal 4 million/year or below, I believe we walk away from him. If that were to happen I think we'll stick with Randle and draft another RB, or bring in a motivated AP for dirt cheap. I also believe we'll make a splash move this year in free agency for a pass rusher. I'm not sure we'd have the resources to do so if we signed Murray, that's mainly the reason I'm for letting him walk. I think we sign Dez to a 6 year deal worth 68 million, 30 million guaranteed. I think us finishing 12-4 on the cusps of another super bowl have gotten our coaches giddy, they finally have visible proof that our team can contend.

Facing a much improved Giants and Eagles team next year, I predict we'll finish 3rd seed with an 11-5 record.

12-4

Losses: Packers, New England, Eagles, Giants

Second Seed, NFC Championship Game in Green Bay we win, Super Bowl against New England/Indie, Win again...

Perhaps more of a wishful thing.

Count us as a heavy weight next year also...

Giants can't replenish both lines that quickly.
Eagles were exposed this year with their offense and defense.

I like the optimism and also want to be optimistic, but remember what we did after going 13-3? The wheels came off pretty fast.

I guarantee you that will not happen. You can sticky my response if you'd like. Wheels ain't coming off any time soon. The Cowboys are going to galvanize and forge ahead. I wish we could fast forward past the Super Bowl and get to the May draft, and then fast forward through through all the mini-camps and begin training camp.

I'm so ready for next season, which is a stark contrast from the way I felt coming off back-to-back-to-back 8-8 seasons. I needed a break from Cowboys football back then. Then came the dreaded, most hate-filled offseason here at Cowboys Zone that I can remember. My expectations were tempered big time. Then came this beautiful season that nobody saw coming.

I see more of the same, with better results in the near future. Can we just skip to training camp already?

14-2 and SB champs. Once we address the pass rush we'll be set for a run.

I predicted right after the loss 14-2 and the Super Bowl. I might have been speaking out of anger, but I'm sticking with it. I think we'll address the lack of a pass rush, we'll continue to focus on the offensive line, and we'll find a worthy successor to Murray, if he leaves. I think this team sees it can compete with the elite of this league. It just needs a few more pieces. I don't think the offensive philosophy changes because it has proven to be successful, and Romo isn't getting in younger and it best protects him.

This team is going to storm the league next year.

we had alot of injuries on defense this year.i think we could have been even better then what we were if it wasnt for that. i see us resigning bryant and murray and mclain, carter, and melton and drafting heavy on defense. i think claiborne will come back next year with something to prove and surprise alot of people. i think suh will sign with somebody like oakland or cleveland. i dont think detroit will pay him what he will bring in free angency. if things fall right for us i could see dallas going 13-3 and winning there 6th lombardi.

I really like your attitude and hope you are right, but there have been so many recent teams (including Dallas) who have had great years, been predicted a favorite, and regressed without explanation. I am optimistic but I have real fear this may happen.

3-13, I predicted 6-10 this year so I figure this oughta get us the Super Bowl

This team will come out hungry and angry next season. 12-4 and 2nd seed. They will continue to carry over their dominance from this season. I think next year is our year and considering how well we did this year, there's no reason not to think the Cowboys won't get better. Rest for Romo. The young bloods getting another year of experience under their belt. Add some beef to the DL.

Next year is a wonderful opportunity for what I think will be a ruthless Cowboys team

I really hope for a more ruthless approach next season, especially with Green bay on schedule I hope they especially have that game marked. I want to see this team put it's foot on team's throat; running up the score and going low on QBs since it's obviously legal on Romo.

I know we are months away and we don't even know who will be on the roster or who will be coaching, but I need to talk about something other than yesterday's game. I'm borderline depressed.

Murray walks, Dez is re-signed. We draft heavy defense next year and re-sign McClain and Carter. Our offense should be as good, if not better, and our LB corps will be solid. If we can hit on a few pass rushers, our defense will improve.

I like our schedule a lot next year. I think 12-4 would be a heck of a feat in back to back years, but I think we will win 10 games.

13-3 ,Stay tuned, they are getting this thing figured out. Just like the 90's Cowboys did.

I think those are cliched picks that we better start leaving in the past. We can beat anybody and picking the very best teams to lose to every year is not the right mindset. Every one of those teams should consider playing us a potential loss.

My prediction is the team needs a whole lot better number two QB than Weeden next year. Please dont mention stiffs like Ponder and Locker.

3-13, I predicted 6-10 this year so I figure this oughta get us the Super Bowl

Hilarious. I predicted 6-10 this year too.
I was so pissed at Dallas after last year, I called DirectTV in July and told them to disconnect the NFL Ticket for me this year.

Hence, I predict 6-10 in 2015 and I am not getting the NFL Ticket reconnected.

anything less than 11-5 would be a disappointment. it feels good to say that, and for that, this season was a success.
