Just make sure all your lights are off, and solar panels are fully charged. If you can't watch Script's Spelling Bee while being green, then you're not a true fan. Mother nature would not approve if you didn't. You should probably not shower for a couple days either. Water rationing is always a good idea.

Spelling bees are competitions. Like sporting events, competitions consists of a goal that participants try to win. In my opinion, the difference between competition and sporting events is the exclusion or inclusion of athletes. For example, I look at car racing and consider the automobiles as the "athletes." Thus, I label car races as competitions but not sporting events. Race car drivers are competitors. Spelling bee contestants are competitors. Video gamers are competitors. Etc., etc. AzCowboysFan mentioned poker earlier. Same thing in my book.
