With the way McClay drafts I want as many picks as possible.

the amount he was signed for was right on the edge I think, and he was put on IR. Not sure if IR maters, but the salary is just in range I think.

edit: To be more accurate, overthecap is projecting us to get 5 comp picks now, basically a 5th for Parnell and a 6th for Melton, Carter, Durant and Harris. Only problem is *I think* the most picks any team has received in a year was 4. not sure if it's true and if it is, I'm not sure if it just worked out that way based off who qualifies and who doesn't or if 4 is a hard max.
